Consisting of a photography turntable, control software and a compatible digital camera connected via USB, PhotoCapture 360XL allows users to create professional still and 360-degree product images, in-house, regardless of experience.

For larger items, larger platforms can be attached to the 31.5" platform.

This cross platform solution is perfect for both the professional and the layman.

Since each high resolution still shot of a 360 can be used for any application, we encourage our customers to shoot RAW + JPG. That way they set it up once, shoot it once and are able to use the images over and over again.

The PhotoCapture 360XL software communicates thru USB to synchronize picture taking and turntable movement. After entering the animation details - # of shots per revolution, file name, file size and spin rotation simply click Start. The images are automatically photographed at each unique angle.

Once the images have been captured, simply choose the output format you want and the program will automatically create the animation files. Photo-quality Flash and HTML5 animations give the viewer an interactive, 360-degree view of the product with click-and-drag mouse control. All three formats are included in the original purchase.

Distribute your message without limitations. Animations created by PhotoCapture 360XL can be sent by email, distributed online or viewed on any mobile device.

Before taking a single picture, PhotoCapture allows users to view the object in real-time on a monitor screen. This makes composing the picture simple. Use the PhotoCapture software to pre-crop and control camera settings in real-time. Also preview the object spinning 360 degrees to ensure proper item placement (to avoid wobble around the center) and to set pre-crop markers so the image are cropped as they are captured.

Immediately after image capture is complete, the pictures are displayed in the software so the user can confirm image quality. If needed, certain images can be re-shot. To re-take an image, simply click the image. The turntable will automatically rotate to that position, take a new picture and replace the original. This feature works really well for harder items such as shiny or reflective objects and always ensures that the images are perfect before the user begins processing and stitching.

Featuring batch image editing, watermarking, sizing, naming, exporting, importing and saving, it typically takes two or three software programs to accomplish what PhotoCapture does in one application. Tremendous efficiencies can be obtained using PhotoCapture’s batch processing and saving features. The built-in software workflows are able to quickly transition images for immediate use.

Ortery TruView 360 and Ortery TruView 3D compose regular JPG images into amazing cylindrical, hemispherical and full spherical animations with deep zoom and multi-row viewing capabilities. By pressing the Ortery TruView 360 or Ortery TruView 3D buttons inside the PhotoCapture 360M software, the program guides the user through automatically capturing and managing the images to be handed off to Ortery TruView for composition.

PhotoCapture 360XL was built for speed. Users can expect to take and stitch 24 pictures into a flash file in ~3 min 30 seconds. Our customers can attest that PhotoCapture is able to produce thousands of professional pictures and animations in just days! No project is too large. Users can expect to take and Users can choose to rotate their items clockwise or counterclockwise and shoot in three different photography modes: Manual, Time Lapse or Continuous. Time Lapse and Manual photography modes can be used to create dual animations. For example, as the item spins it also opens and closes or turns on and off.

Still shots can be saved in RAW, JPG and TIFF formats for web, print or business communication. Product animations can be output as Flash, GIF or HTML5. Overall this professional tool helps streamline and automate all photography activities, including video creation.

PhotoCapture can create watermarked and dual animations at 360, 180, 120 and 90 degrees. Users can also select the number of pictures and angles to create fully custom animations.
